How many IOE seats are reserved for women, by campus and programme?
10% of seats in both Regular and Full Fee programmes, published per campus. Across the five constituent campuses that is 56 Regular and 145 Full Fee seats.
The 10% women’s reservation is published as an actual seat count per campus and per programme, not just as a percentage. These are the campus totals.

The largest single allocations
Civil at Pulchowk carries 11 Regular and 8 Full Fee women’s seats, the biggest Regular block anywhere in the system. Civil at Paschimanchal, Purwanchal and Thapathali each carry 3 Regular and 10 Full Fee.
How the provision actually operates
If 10% women applicants are not selected in the published admission list on general merit, then from among women who meet the minimum eligibility, women applicants are published in the admission list on merit basis to make up the 10%. It is a floor rather than a cap, and it is applied after the general list.

This provision covers both Regular and Full Fee. The women’s share inside the separate 20% inclusive quota is additional and sits only on the Regular side, so the two should not be added together casually.
