ICE admission applications open for 2083/84

Applications are open for B.E. Civil, Computer and Electronics at Imperial College of Engineering. Send your IOE rank and an admissions officer calls you within one working day.

  • The online application takes about two minutes and asks for your rank, preferred programme and how to reach you.
  • You receive the dated fee sheet, the scholarship terms attached to your rank, and free help with the IOE priority form when it opens.
  • Hostel is free for enrolled students, and the college bus from Koteshwor to the Tathali campus is free.
  • No college can hold a seat outside the official IOE allocation — this puts you first in the queue for information and support.

The IOE Entrance Examination Board has published the B.E./B.Arch entrance result for 2083. The pass list carries 7,179 successful candidates in alphabetical order with form number, district and rank.

  • Open the official notice and find your form number in the alphabetical pass list to read your rank.
  • Download and save your scorecard from the entrance portal — IOE allows one month from the result publication date.
  • The Centralized Admission Monitoring Committee publishes the admission schedule for constituent and affiliated colleges next. ICE merit lists follow that schedule and appear on this board.
  • Have your rank? Send it to ICE admissions for realistic guidance on Civil, Computer and Electronics seats.

Applying under a quota? Get your documents ready

The IOE Entrance Examination Board has told candidates who want a reserved quota seat to have every required document prepared before the campus admission schedule begins.

  • The notice covers the women's quota, the teacher and staff quota, the inclusive and disadvantaged reservation quotas, seats reserved for government and government-owned bodies, and seats reserved for foreign nationals.
  • The checklist to follow is the one printed in the official Detailed Information and Guidelines on Entrance Examination and Campus Admission 2083, published at entrance.ioe.edu.np.
  • There is no separate submission window. Documents are checked once the admission schedule opens, so anything missing on that day is hard to arrange in time.
  • A companion notice sets out the documents required from foreign applicants.
  • Bring your list to ICE admissions and we will sit down and go through it with you, free, whichever college you finally choose.

  • Re-totalling notices are also out for BE/BAR III/II (2082 Chaitra) and for BE/BAR III/I and I/I on the old course (2083 Baisakh).
  • If a result did not go the way you hoped, talk to your department or the college examination section before the next form deadline closes.
