How to join ICE
Admission follows the merit-based entrance system of the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University. The IOE B.E./B.Arch entrance result 2083 was published on 4 Aug 2026 (19 Shrawan 2083). Inquiries for the 2083/84 intake are open — send your rank and we will tell you where you realistically stand.
- Read your IOE entrance result
The 2083 pass list is published. Find your form number in the official alphabetical list to read your rank, and download your scorecard from the entrance portal within one month.
- Apply to ICE with your rank
Submit your application with your entrance score. Selection is strictly merit-based.
- Check the merit list
The Centralized Admission Monitoring Committee publishes the admission schedule first; ICE merit lists follow it on the college website and notice board. Deadlines are in Bikram Sambat — use the Nepali date converter to check them against your AD calendar.

- +2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
- Minimum 45% aggregate or grade "C" in each subject
- Or a Diploma in Engineering (related discipline)
- Valid IOE entrance examination score

Send your rank to ICE for guidance on seats and scholarships. Enrollment completes once the admission schedule and college merit lists are published.
What is the fee structure and payment schedule?

Which program should I choose with my rank?
Civil (96 seats) admits the largest cohort; Computer and Electronics admit 48 each, so cutoffs vary by year. Send your rank through the application form and the admissions office will tell you realistically where you stand.
