What TU affiliation means for a student

Affiliation is more than a logo. It identifies the university and institute that frame the curriculum, entrance route, examinations, and degree. At ICE, students study an Institute of Engineering curriculum and complete the academic requirements set for their chosen BE program.

The IOE describes its bachelor admission policy as a computer-based entrance system followed by merit-based selection. ICE therefore asks applicants for a valid IOE entrance score and publishes college merit lists for available seats.

Verify current university information at the official Institute of Engineering website. The official IOE list identifies Janakpur Engineering College in Tathali, Bhaktapur; ICE is the college’s current name.
