Where is Janakpur Engineering College located?
Tathali, Bhaktapur. Not Janakpur, and no longer the Kupondole address that older listings still carry.
The name misleads in two directions at once. The college is not in Janakpur, and it is no longer at the Lalitpur address most older records show.

Why records disagree
A rename and a relocation happened close together and different records froze at different moments. IOE’s current booklet places the college in Bhaktapur. Some directory and encyclopaedia entries still say Lalitpur. Where sources conflict, the affiliating institute’s own booklet is the one to trust.
If you are planning a visit
Use Tathali, Bhaktapur, and confirm the route by phone first, because mapping services still resolve the old name inconsistently. Worth knowing before you commit four years: IOE’s booklet states that daily travel to campus is the student’s own responsibility at every provider in the system, so make the journey once yourself.
