What the sources also say
- Its own site calls it a joint constituent institution of Pokhara University, while the regulator registers it as an affiliated college. The two words carry different rules about who sets the entrance and who owns the campus.3
- The academy that runs it dates itself to 1993 and this college to 2018, so a polytechnic and a school of nursing at the same address are twenty-five years older than the engineering college.3
- The academy also runs a bachelor in information technology affiliated to Purbanchal University since 2022, so one campus at Urlabari teaches under two universities at once.3
- Its 288 published places are the largest of any engineering college in Koshi Province outside the two constituent schools at Biratnagar and Dharan.3
