  • It publishes a whole-programme fee for every programme it runs, headed for the 2083/84 financial year, and states what the figure excludes: Purbanchal University's registration and examination fees, a Rs 25,000 survey camp charge on Civil, and a Rs 15,000 deposit refunded on completion.4
  • Two colleges in Bhaktapur are called Khwopa and they belong to different universities. This is Khwopa Engineering College at Libali, affiliated to Purbanchal; Khwopa College of Engineering is a Tribhuvan University community college. Its own site answers the question.2
  • Its own fee table gives enrolment capacities of 48 for Electronics, 96 for Civil, 48 for Computer and 48 for Architecture, where the university's seat list gives 80, 96, 60 and 60. The seats column above is the university's.4
  • An undertaking of Bhaktapur Municipality, and by its own account the first community-based engineering college in Nepal. It opened with Civil and Architecture in 2001, added Computer in 2002 and Electronics in 2003.2
  • It publishes what happens if a student leaves: the whole semester fee back within fifteen days of classes starting, half of it within thirty, and nothing after that. The admission deposit is not refunded in either case.4
